Diana Becerra takes on a new professional challenge as Vice President of Sales for Latin America, bringing the same strategic vision and energy that have defined her career. With more than 15 years of experience in the contact center, BPO, and technology sectors, she brings a solid background in commercial leadership, multicultural team management, and AI-driven digital transformation.

Throughout her career, she has led business expansion initiatives, strategic partnerships, and the adoption of emerging technologies that improved commercial and operational efficiency across various markets.

In her new role, her priorities will focus on:

Oscar Parra, Country Manager México

With more than 24 years of experience in the CX industry, Oscar Parra joins Inconcert as Country Manager in Mexico. His expertise in strategic consulting and designing unique experiences has led him to manage projects at companies such as Genesys and Interactive Intelligence, where he actively contributed to digital transformation through AI, omnichannel strategies, and cloud solutions.
