Inconcert announced the appointment of Sergi Figueras Casademunt as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). This internal promotion recognizes the talent within the organization and strengthens Inconcert’s strategy, built on a core principle: guiding every client on their journey to success.
With more than twelve years at the company, Sergi has taken on key responsibilities in areas such as operations, project management, and customer service. In recent years, he has led the Customer Success department, which has become one of the organization’s strategic pillars thanks to its impact on customer adoption and effective use of Inconcert’s solutions.
A profile close to both the client… and the business
The choice of Sergi as the new COO is no coincidence. He brings a highly valuable combination: a deep understanding of Inconcert’s solutions and a clear vision of what the teams using them need. Under his leadership, the Customer Success area has grown and established itself as a strategic pillar, focused on helping every client fully unlock the potential of the technology and achieve tangible results from day one.
His approach has helped position Inconcert as a partner that not only delivers technology but also support clients in the long-term evolution of their CX, building trust-based relationships and generating tangible business value.
A career built on technical expertise
Sergi’s new role as COO is the result of a career developed step by step within Inconcert. He joined the company in 2013 as an IT Project Manager and, for more than a decade, has led projects in highly diverse and complex environments, giving him a broad, cross-functional view of the business.
In 2024, he took on leadership of the Customer Success department at a key moment for the company’s growth. From there, he drove a shift in approach, placing the customer relationship at the center of all operations.
A global, integrated, and results-driven team
With this change, Sergi will lead a broad, multidisciplinary team that brings together the key areas of customer engagement:
- Customer Success, focused on helping clients maximize the value of Inconcert’s solutions
- Support and Technical Office, responsible for daily incident management, ensuring operational continuity, as well as solution maintenance and evolution.
- Professional Services, specializing in project management, integrations, and solution implementation.
This geographically distributed team combines strong technical expertise with a shared mission: staying close to the client, understanding their challenges, and supporting them every step of the way. Sergi embraces this new chapter with enthusiasm and a firm commitment to building an increasingly agile and scalable operation.
