On November 19, Inconcert participated in the CX Tech Day, a key event to explore the latest trends and technologies applied to customer experience (CX) in Colombia. As a member of BPro, the Colombian BPO association, Inconcert attended the event for the first time and presented its new generation of virtual agents.
