A profile with experience in scaling companies and transforming operations
Álvaro Grande brings more than 25 years of professional experience, with a strong track record at companies such as Verisure, Orange, and Boston Consulting Group. A civil engineer with an MBA from Harvard Business School, he has built a career focused on growth, international expansion, and the transformation of complex operations.
During his time as CEO at Verisure, he led the launch of the business in Germany, growing the team from 10 to 500 employees in six years. Previously, while leading operations in the Netherlands, he tripled sales and established a mature local structure.
Agentic AI and hybrid model as the foundation for growth
Inconcert has been a pioneer in bringing Inagent, an end-to-end agentic AI platform, into production in EMEA and Latin America. This technology enables the deployment of virtual agents capable of operating autonomously in real business environments.
