In the world of customer experience, there is one reality we cannot ignore: technology moves fast, but trust is built step by step. At Inconcert, we understand that trust begins by proving that we do things right: securely, ethically, and with a forward-looking approach.

That is why, over the years, we have adopted a number of international certifications that support not only our technological solutions but also the way we develop and operate them. The most recent, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, which validates the safety and reliability of AI solutions, is a significant milestone, but it is not the only one. Each of these certifications reflects our commitment to our clients, to their data, and to responsible innovation.

Here is a closer look at each certification, and why it matters to you.

ISO/IEC 42001:2023 sets the path for responsible artificial intelligence

Let us start with the most recent and arguably most relevant one: we are the first company in the CX sector in Spain to achieve this international certification.

ISO/IEC 42001:2023 is the first global standard designed specifically for organizations that use artificial intelligence. It provides a clear framework to ensure that AI is implemented in a responsible, secure, transparent, and ethical way.

In other words, it confirms that our AI systems, such as the ones powering Inagent, our virtual agents, or our automation and analytics tools, are built on solid principles and governed by rigorous criteria.

This certification not only sets us apart today, but also commits us to continuous improvement through annual audits that ensure we maintain the highest standards of excellence.

CSA Trusted Cloud Provider shows that trust starts in the cloud

When working with cloud-based solutions, it is not enough for them to function well—they must be reliable, secure, and transparent. Being recognized as a Trusted Cloud Provider by the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) means that we meet best practices in cloud service delivery.

This ensures that our cloud environments, such as those hosting our solutions on AWS, are managed according to the highest security and control standards, giving additional reassurance to the organizations that entrust us with their most critical data and operations.

CSA STAR Level One ensures visible security, trust, and assurance

CSA STAR (Security, Trust, Assurance and Risk) is one of the most comprehensive evaluation programs in the world when it comes to cloud security. Achieving level 1 means that we have transparently documented our security practices, which have been assessed through the CAIQ (Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire).

This certification shows that our processes are not only well designed, but also structured to be auditable, consistent, and scalable. For you, that translates into greater peace of mind and reduced operational risk.

ISO/IEC 27001 provides a solid foundation for information security

This is perhaps one of the most well-known and respected certifications in the tech world. ISO/IEC 27001 defines the key requirements for an effective information security management system.

At Inconcert, this means we have implemented structured processes, policies, and controls that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Everything in our operations is designed to ensure that your information remains protected at all times.

PCI Security Standards Cloud V4 guarantees safe transactions for peace of mind

If your business handles payments or operates in sectors where digital transactions are common, this certification is especially relevant. PCI DSS Cloud v4, issued by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, ensures that our platform meets all requirements to process, store, and transmit cardholder data securely, in its latest and most rigorous version—v4.

This helps minimize fraud risk and guarantees that any financial interaction within our solutions is protected under the highest industry standards.

CCSK reflects our team’s expert knowledge in cloud security

The Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) enhances the knowledge and expertise of the Inconcert technical team in cloud security.

It may seem like an internal credential, but it has a direct impact on you: it ensures that the people who design, implement, and maintain our solutions are fully equipped to make smart, secure decisions in increasingly complex environments.

GDPR compliance ensures privacy by design

Of course, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European regulation that requires all processing of personal data to be conducted with full transparency and accountability.

At Inconcert, we go beyond simple compliance, we apply GDPR's privacy by design approach when developing our solutions. That means data protection is not just an afterthought it is a guiding principle from the very beginning.

What do these cybersecurity certifications and standards mean for you?

They mean that you can rely on our solutions to be not only powerful and innovative, but also secure, responsible, and ready to grow with you.

Each certification is a promise delivered, to safeguard your data, to operate with full transparency, to implement AI with ethical purpose, and to always offer the best technology without compromising what matters most: your trust.

Yes, we are proud of these international certifications and cybersecurity standards. But more than anything, we are proud to offer you complete peace of mind in how we work and what we build.

Would you like to know how these guarantees can help you transform your customer experience? We would be happy to talk and show you how trust and technology can go hand in hand.
